A crisis that takes the lives of thousands of innocent dogs every year. Dashsund
Coast to Coast Dachsund Rescue
Started in August of 2000, Coast to Coast Dachshund Rescue Inc. was started by a small group of dedicated dachshund lovers who grew the organization to be nationwide. Today, CCDR is comprised of a group of people who still have that passion and work endlessly to help rehome dachshunds and dachshund mixes to loving homes. The work is endless and our members work hard to fundraise and educate the public in the importance of rescue and altering their pets. CCDR vetting costs are extremely high and the adoption fees don't come close to covering them, but we survive and thrive due to those who generously donate to us and as a result of our members who work so hard all year long to fundraise and attend events. Thank you to all who support CCDR!
If you know of a dachshund that needs to come into rescue, please visit the representative page and contact the member closest to you.

We are a network of experienced rescuers with representation in the northeast, mid-Atlantic, and southeast and have placed almost 12,000 dogs into their forever homes. DRNA began with a small number of rescuers who worked independently for a year before incorporating in 1999 to realize the benefits of combining resources.

Doberman
Doberman Pinscher
Doberman Pinscher SOS is dedicated to the rescue and rehoming of abandoned Dobermans and to educating the public about the Doberman breed and canine care. We are a no-kill, 501(c)(3) non-profit public charity.
Most of our Dobermans come from high-kill animal shelters in southern and central California. Some are relinquished by their owners and a few find their way here from other rescues.
Many Dobermans need rehabilitation before they can be adopted: medical, behavioral, or both. Every Doberman receives a full veterinary exam and whatever medical intervention they need. Many dogs arrive with poor socialization skills requiring months of handling with humans and other dogs.
If necessary we provide quality-of-life sanctuary for Dobermans who are not likely to be adopted, for example, Dobermans with advanced heart or spinal problems.

Colorado Shiba Inu Rescue is a non-profit, no-kill organization dedicated to the rescue, training and rehoming of Shiba Inus and Shiba Inu mixes.
While in rescue, all our dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given heartworm prevention, and any/all veterinary care necessary to ensure they are healthy and ready for their forever homes. We also provide post-adoption training for our younger dogs, and maintain a lifelong relationship of support with our alumni. We have an all volunteer staff who donate their free time to saving Shibas because of their love and appreciation for the breed.
COSIR takes in Shibas from animal shelters or other rescues, as well as from owners looking to surrender their Shiba in order to give them a better life. Shibas typically do not do well in shelter environments and are often deemed un-adoptable and euthanized. COSIR prioritizes taking in Shibas from local shelters and places them in foster homes. By doing this, we not only relieve the shelter load, so they can help other dogs, but we give a deserving dog a chance at life.
We do not have a shelter facility for you to visit and meet our dogs. All of our dogs are cared for in loving foster homes. An adoption application must be submitted, reviewed, and pre-approved prior to scheduling a home visit to meet our dogs.

Dachshund Rescue of North America is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with one sole purpose — rescuing, rehabilitating and re-homing needy dachshunds and mostly dachshund mixes.

Our organization saves, rehabilitates, and rehomes Siberian Huskies (and other breeds of dogs) who are abandoned and are in kill shelters. We provide medical and behavioral services and rehome them to compatible families. We do this through volunteer efforts. Most of the dogs in need will come from the Southern States where the shelter kill rate is higher. We have a network of foster homes along the East Coast, while our adoption locations can be found in Maryland and New Jersey.

Jack Russell Terriers of New Mexico - Rescue - FB
RTNM’s social media page was set up as a means for Jack Russell Terrier owners to share information about a Jack who may be in need of rescue, foster, lost/stolen, or simply in need of transport. Although we are not a physical rescue, we have had much success in saving the lives of many Jacks who have come across our page - with your help of course! This page was also set up as a means to learn about fun dog events throughout the state and share wonderful dog advice. We are all here because we love our Jacks!
JRTNM also works closely with other other dog enthusiast groups and can often be found at dog-related events with valuable information; whether it be about fun-filled dog activities throughout NM or research that supports the ownership and knowledge of this high-energy breed.

PitBulls
BULL LUV ABLE PAWS AND CHI WAWAS RESCUE
Statement: Our Mission Statement is uniquely ours. We are a collaborative, committed, and compassionate group of people who are moved to action by the crisis in TX area shelters. A crisis that takes the lives of thousands of innocent dogs every year. Our focus is to save the unsaveable, to rehabilitate the damaged, and to run towards hard medical cases, rather than away from them. We stand behind the quality of care and lives saved versus the quantity, and we remain steadfastly dedicated to Pitbulls and Chihuahuas, as their circumstances are often incredibly bleak. We strive to educate without judgement, to seek to understand rather than to respond, and to prepare our network of fosters and families for the most life changing experience they will ever know; to provide these innocent souls with their best possible forever. Our goal remains unchanged and our devotion unwavering. 1000+ lives saved…and counting. Help us help them, and make “Man’s best friend, Human’s best friend”. #BullLuvIt

Colorado Shiba Inu Rescue - FB
PO Box 7325
Loveland, Colorado 80537
(720) 491-1278
